Return & Refund Policy – Soxyxtee

Applicable Market

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all retail customers within the United States. Soxyxtee currently does not support returns or refunds for international orders.

Refund for Damaged or Defective Items (Our Error)

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a mistake on our part, we offer a full refund or free replacement within 90 days of delivery.

  • Return Shipping Cost: Free – we cover all return shipping costs.
  • Prepaid Label: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label via email.
  • Refund Processing Time: Within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

General Returns (Customer Responsibility for Shipping)

If you change your mind or are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 90 days of delivery.

  • Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in this case.
  • Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable service. We do not accept COD (Cash on Delivery) returns.

Returned items must meet the conditions outlined below to be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been completed.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees. All approved returns are refunded in full, minus shipping fees (if applicable).

Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase
  • Items returned after the eligible return window (90 days)
  • Items that are worn, washed, used, or damaged by the customer
  • Items missing original tags, packaging, or accessories

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • With all original tags attached (if applicable)
  • Packaged securely to avoid damage during transit

Returns Department

Our dedicated returns department inspects each returned item within 48 hours of arrival. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing after inspection.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please email us with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

Once approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
