Shipping Availability
We proudly ship to all 50 U.S. states, including the District of Columbia. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. All items are fulfilled and shipped from within the United States.
Soxyxtee uses reliable national carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your orders arrive safely and on time.
Shipping Costs
- Flat Shipping Rate: $4.99 per order
- Free Shipping: Available for all orders over $99 (after discounts and before taxes)
No additional handling or hidden charges are applied at checkout.
Order Processing & Delivery Time
- Processing Time: 1–2 business days
- Standard Shipping Time: 4–6 business days
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5–8 business days from the time you place your order
Every apparel product is made-to-order or quality-checked before shipment to ensure accuracy and presentation.
Example Delivery Timeline
Below is an example of a typical order schedule:
- Day 1: Order placed and confirmation email sent
- Day 2: Order processed and packed
- Day 3–7: Item in transit and delivered
During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, please allow an extra 1–2 business days for order processing.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order in real time using the provided link. If you do not receive your tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team.
Damaged or Lost Items
We stand behind every order. If your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us right away so we can make it right.
- Damaged Items: We offer a 90-day free return for damaged or incorrect items. A prepaid return label will be provided upon request.
- Lost Packages: If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days after the expected delivery date, we will either re-ship the item (if available) or provide a full refund.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us within 6 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may already be in production or transit, and cancellations may not be guaranteed.
